RobotFactory is being built
Front-office robots for customer chats. A robot answers, collects the request and hands it to the team. The team does the work.
What it will do
- 1A LINE group bot first
The robot is a member of the customer's LINE group. It speaks when someone mentions it or uses a keyword, and stays quiet otherwise.
- 2Answers and collects
It gives approved answers to common questions, asks for the details a request needs (screen, steps, urgency) and tells verified contacts where their task is.
- 3Hands off to the team
Every request lands in Customer messages with a request number. A person turns it into a task, and replies go out only after the team approves them.
Robots never start a session, approve or deliver. Real work always goes through the team.
Where it stands
- Not live yet. The LINE webhook at
/webhook/lineanswers 503 until the first robot is published. - Until then, approved replies wait in the console Outbox, ready to copy and send by hand.
- Robots will be built in the console on a flow canvas: a trigger, a few steps, and a hand-off to the team.
- The old n8n gateway was switched off on 2 October 2026. RobotFactory is written in-house.
